Job Description

We are looking for Language Interpreters:

1) English -Karen - English

2)English- Sorani - English

3) English- Somali- English

4) English- Hebrew-English

5) English- Nepali-English

6) English-Russian-English

7) English-Uzbek-English

8) English -Karen-English

9) English-Burmese-English

10) English - Hmong- English

11) English- Fuzhou-English

Period of Employment: Permanent / Opens for Thai Citizen or Permanent Residents or Valid Visa holder

Working Hours: 40 hours per week / based on schedule / (Permanent night shift)

Work Station: Work from home

Job Requirement:

Excellent English and their respective Native language( Able to read amp; write )

Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation and polite expressions

Must be working from home 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client(shift will fall anytime between 7pm 7 am (9hours shift inclusive an hour break)

Own home internet (stable internet), minimum of 5MB download and 1MB upload speed

Need own mobile phone Android Version 6 and above or IOS 12 and above

Willing to work permanent night shift and must be willing to work on public holidays / and weekends.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: RM 30 Per hour/ around RM 4800.00 per month approximately

Entitled to 2 days off in a week which will be rotating any day

Public holiday, and off days will be as per country served. (US)

Job Description

Answer calls promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner.

Render correct concepts and meanings according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol avoiding omissions or additions.

Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation and polite expressions.

Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the call at all times.

Maintain punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours.

Follow client instructions, in compliance with protocol to ensure client expectations are met with the Limited English-speaking Person (LEP), avoiding interaction with the LEP without client’s permission.

No dealing with escalation or providing resolution
