Business Strategist

As a Business Strategist, you will work directly with CEO to support company strategy set-up, define customer market segments for the company, and communicate strategy to all company functions to achieve the company targets. Your work will involve analyzing existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement, researching and developing innovative strategies related to the company goals.

• Research the market trends to identify the customer demand for the proposed products and services.
• Create business development strategies to increase the company revenue and brand value.
• Work with the internal departments and external partners to collect data and execute business plans and strategies.
• Coordinate with management to review and improvise the relevant business development activities.
• Provide activity reports and measurement criteria to ensure all efforts result in maximum ROI and efficiency.
• Communicate the company’s goals throughout the organization and keep those targets organized.
• Draw up and document plans to achieve the goals, and provide instruction and motivation to staff in the implementation of new strategies and projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Strategist, Business Consultant, or related roles
• Experience in IT or Data business industry is preferred
• Have a solid background in market research and data analyzing
• Proficient in problem-solving, analytical, creative-thinking, organisational, and time management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Good at persuasive, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Great attention to detail whilst still able to keep the bigger picture in focus.
• A quick-learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
