In the Business Process Specialist role, you are to identify opportunities that’ll drive business and operational efficiencies, designs, and plans. On top of that, you’ll execute process changes, embed new processes and procedures into the organization for long term sustainability.

The Business Process Specialist will partner with Stakeholders across the business to ensure that changes to the operations contribute to improvements in customer experience, financial performance, and employee engagement. The Business Process Specialist will be expected to deliver measurable results while leading the change management efforts to build support and buy-in from colleagues and leadership teams.

On top of that, you are required to support the supply chain team and ensure that all procurements are done on a timely basis without compromising known standards. You will be required to ensure that all hardware purchased are of appropriate quality and price and are timely delivered.

Requirements

What you will do:
1. Process improvement:
  • Assist in planning, evaluating and executing process improvement projects to meet business goals
  • Analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements
  • Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes
  • Optimize and redesign process flows to meet project requirements
  • Work with Subject Matter Expert to recommend appropriate changes in process/approach
  • Prepare communication plans regarding process re-engineering for multiple stakeholders
  • Manage projects involving Sales and Operations
  • Provide support and guidance to the team when needed
  • Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and their performances
  • Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics
  • Handle ad-hoc projects when needed
2. Supply chain management:
  • Monitor daily hardware stock report
  • Order fulfillment and urgent request
  • StoreHub / SurfsTeK (vendor) Bi-Weekly Alignment
  • On-site Network amp; Power Cabling Installation Project
  • Coordinate internal amp; external logistics arrangement
  • Monitor installation performance amp; reporting
  • Monitor StoreHub Stock Count
  • E-Commerce Orders amp; Product Listings
  • Process Cost and Freight (CFR) invoices
  • Monitor weekly Return Material Authorization (RMA) report


How you will need to be:
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in process improvement and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills, an ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Must be able to embrace and lead change, possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to efficiently balance multiple projects.
  • Able to handle invoices and third party vendors when it comes to supply chain management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize several projects under tight deadlines and work independently with little to no oversight.
  • Accountability and follow-through skills in all tasks.
  • Extensive knowledge in process improvement methods and techniques
  • Solid analytical/critical thinking.
  • Experience in a technology, B2B, SaaS company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in terms of being clear, concise, and professional with the ability to work effectively with colleagues to senior management.
