Job Description

Take charge and shape Zenyum into one of Asia’s most loved consumer brands working with an ambitious and smart team to drive our Dental Partnerships side of the business. Working on the Dental Partnerships Business Development for Thailand you will be working hand by hand with the Managing Director (on Strategy) and Partnerships Manager (on Operations) to drive brand excellence and business growth across our network of partnerships.
Based in our Bangkok office, you will be working to define the business plans, design routes, and plans of engagement with new and existing partners and creating additional business opportunities with our dental partners. You will have the support of two organizations, the organization of the international partnership, and the local sales team to drive both technical and business performance. Finally, and most importantly, you will be responsible for driving business growth within our dental partnerships channel.

  • Business Development: you will be in charge of developing our business via our dental and healthcare partners. To drive additional healthcare opportunities and to ensure our partners are growing their business in parallel with us
  • Growth of Partnerships: You will have the option to drive additional partnerships across healthcare.
  • Customer Experience: You will drive customer experience through our partners to make it the most exciting and differential in the market.
  • Operations: You will work to drive the most efficient processes end to end across our partners and our operations to maximize customer love and efficiency.
  • Coordination: you will be the connection belt across the company, meaning you will need to coordinate with our operations team, internal dental team, and sales team to ensure the best possible client journey.
  • Insights Generation: You will be asked to work with the rest of the team to identify key challenges in (1) our in-clinic customer engagement process, (2) production and servicing operations (3) marketing messaging to customers.
  • Partner Enablement: You will drive the business by making our relationships with our partners stronger and by enabling them to grow faster.

We'd love to see that you have:
  • 3+ years experience in business development roles and/or healthcare services so you can drive the business development efforts with our partner clinics
  • Ideally, you have technical expertise and training in dental matters (from dental assistant to being an actual dentist)
  • Positive attitude in fast-paced startup circumstances and a strong team player working with excellent teammates of different nationalities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Are curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
  • Language ability in English is needed.
  • A good understanding of the Thailand markets and customers.
