• Planned and organized tasks in a project.
• Coordinate with all related teams of each project and make sure to have everything go as planned.
• Setup process and periodically meeting for each project.
• Review the quality of the work completed with team members.
• Establish effective and positive communication amongst all team members.
• Assist in system integration and technical sales.
• Assist in project and product management.
• Pro-active in solving problems in various situations.
• Send periodically report to company executives.
• Other tasks related to a project that required by company executives.
• Make the impossible, possible and can have fun ;)

Requirements

• at least 1 Year of Experiences in IT/Data Project Coordinator and/or Project Planning preferably in a start-ups environment (or small company)
• Ability to interpret large data and multitasking.
• Must have experience in Agile software development and Software Development Cycle
• Know how to use Project Management tools like JIRA
• You loved to communicate via Slack or email.
• Adaptable, active, to work and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking and real good at planning and estimation.
• Proficient in English for both oral and written is a must.
• Able to communicate in Japanese is a plus
• Experiences in IT Startups, SaaS, Image Processing field will be an advantage.
• If you know one of these languages Ruby will be a huge advantage
