Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of a seamless high-quality service across all customer facing teams
  • Collect and analyze customer service performance and delivery data, taking action regarding responses, and reporting to the organization
  • Coordinate with regional team to improve operational workflows, processes and system to ensure best practices adoption
  • Drive service excellence initiatives with a focus on achieving continuous improvement
  • Managing schedules of teachers and learning advisors according to customer demand and agreed service level agreements
  • Perform quality controls and monitor team’s KPIs
  • Oversee our technical support, customer service and customer support teams through an existing management structure

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a dynamic, technology led business
  • Analyzing support workflows and making suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience in managing cross-team projects to completion.
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
  • Fluent in English (TOEIC: 800 or above) or Chinese (HSK 5 or above)
