The executive shall perform tasks that may include but not limited to:

• Responsible for hiring process, job posting, candidates search through various recruitment channels and recruitment agency
• Responsible for pre-screening and overall candidate assessment by conducting phone interview and arrangement of face-to-face interview for potential candidates with hiring Manager.
• Conduct/Coordinate for pre-hiring process including employment contract and new staff confirmation/notification.
• Coordinate/Support in recruitment activities and initiatives
• Manage/Control all recruitment documents/data including the candidate data.
• Report all recruitment relate activities to the Management
• Cover the Administrative work for Bangkok Office
• Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Qualification

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Can-do attitude with positive thinking
• Communicate well in English
