This is where you, our new
TA Business Partner - Tech, enter the equation. We need someone who does not only execute an end-end to recruitment process (there are plenty of fish in the sea to do that), but also has a great eye to identify people with a HappyFresh spirit and culture values, those who are able to provide strategic direction to shape and oversee the Talent Acquisition team.Responsibilities:
- Supporting the TA department to identify, review and measure the talent acquisition strategy and process of Tech and Product Data Department
- Becoming the point of contact that conduct end to end process of Talent Acquisition to fulfill all vacancies in the Technology and Product Data Department
- Working closely with the department leaders in identifying the manpower needs to be aligned with the business, TA strategy and department structure
- Identify the critical positions and potential vacancies, following with building the tech talent pool to manage the hiring needs in the future
- Develop reports that communicate the current state about hiring status, market situation, challenges and tech hiring strategy
- Working closely with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to build and implement an attractive employer branding strategy.
- Build a HappyFresh tech talent community by conducting tech activities and events, both internal and external to attract and retain relationships with tech talents.
Ideally, you are:
- A proven top performer with 5+ years hands-on experience in talent acquisition, especially for tech positions
- Proven and experienced as a articulate recruitment consultant / headhunter (will be a plus point)
- Someone with IT and related field background
- A (figuratively) professional juggler, loves to be exposed to multiple challenges!
- Someone that understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles
- An empath with great project management skills amp; strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers
- Someone who highly embrace diversity
- Someone that understand toensure ROI of recruitment is fully realized
