Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders in assigned service areas, business units or departments to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Meet with functional business leaders and executive management, as required, to discuss and establish Talent Acquisition objectives and ensure they are achieved.
  • Create and coordinate job advertising in various media. Utilize Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assist with contract preparation and onboarding.
  • Ad-doc duties as assigned by manager


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment is preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare Business is an advantage (especially hiring doctors, nurses and operations)
  • Excellent knowledge of local employment legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging, influencing and managing stakeholders/candidates
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, on top of the Native language
  • Result orientated, agile, organized, self-motivated, willing to take challenge
