Job Description

  • Systematically execute the sales process with clients at all stages of the sales cycle; from prospecting, acquiring clients, to negotiating and closing the deal.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Utilize sales CRM for pipeline management (e.g. Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet client’s needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Participating in relevant communities/associations, attending the networking events and potential exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external key stakeholders to implement operational changes if required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development and B2B sales, healthcare industry background is preferable.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and passionate about the future business.
  • Having knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
  • Experienced in cold calling is a plus.
  • A strong negotiator with experienced in end-to-end sales process with closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Can do attitude, go-getters, able to work under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen, data-driven person.
  • Sense of ownership, teamwork, enthusiastic and fast learner with positive interpersonal skills.
