The Regional Retail Operations Manager oversees the operations, consolidating and developing the productivity of the retail network as per brand’s values and objectives. She/he will be the referent the Boutique Managers / Retail Operations Managers can turn to for operational and/or managerial questions.

The candidate is also responsible for the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives of the retail network. In accordance with the brand’s overall strategy, the incumbent must also propose action plans to be executed by the Retail Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with stakeholders to establish excellent retail processes, optimize inventory at trade and to execute excellent VM and planogram in-stores in line with brand values and guidelines
  • Analysis of the retail sales performance to propose action plans to achieve commercial targets
  • Developing the sales turnover of the network in accordance with the retail strategy
  • Identify fast amp; slow sellers then recommend appropriate actions
  • Manage the regional Retail SOP end to end, responsible for the establishment of new policy and procedure, the revamp and regular updates on existing content, communications, and deployment to markets, if any
  • Establish a cross-functional community (both at regional and market level) to contribute to SOP related discussions, decision making and governance
  • Responsible for retail operations efficiency amp; processes optimization
  • Stay connected with market level retail operations team on regular basis, identify key challenges and hot topics, and promote cross market exchange and best practice sharing
  • To be ultimately responsible for retail excellence and customer service in the boutiques
  • Ensure boutiques are following VM standards and brand objectives in terms of product assortment, boutique image, pricing, and services
  • Developing sales strategies for retail stores, counters, and other brick amp; mortar POS
  • Develop strong working relationship with retail partners management

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years’ experience as retail/operations professional with regional exposure and scope in multi-national companies
  • Operations or process optimization background from retail or hospitality industry, with good understanding of frontline and backend operations, and consumer experience
