Job Description
As a Management Trainee, you are part of the multifunctional core team responsible for growing the FairDee agent community, increasing utilization of our digital insurance platform, and ultimately driving insurance premium growth.
You will be required to multi-task, rotating between departments while being involved in new initiatives. You will be exposed to most parts of our business and receive the necessary training, guidance and mentorship from the management team to learn and perform well in your roles. After a year of rotations, you and the company will jointly determine a permanent role that best suits your skill sets and aptitude.
As a startup, we have a flat and open culture. Therefore, if you demonstrate exceptional ability to learn and perform, you will be quickly given the opportunity to lead new initiatives and even manage teams.
Key roles and responsibilities
Rotations of 3-6 months in our departments including Marketing (agent success, digital marketing), Operations, Product management, Finance amp; Accounting and People Operations
Concurrently be involved in projects/ initiatives that include (and not limited to):
Identifying business process improvements in departments
Field studies to reach out to partners in related categories such as dealerships, life insurance agents etc. to ultimately develop business development playbook to reach out and acquire different types of partners.
Recommending improvements to the platform’s value proposition and
collaborating with our tech and product team to roll out the improvements
Market research for new business lines like health and life insurance.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
A strong desire to learn, ability to work in a dynamic environment and be resilient in the face of challenges
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over a call and in writing
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
Strong sense of ownership, independence and accountability
Good at problem solving and conflict resolution
Detail-orientated and analytical in nature
Fluent in both English and Thai (the interview and subsequent work will be conducted in English)
A Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcomed)
No prior knowledge in Insurance is required
