• Product : Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Follow our competitors and the industry
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Manage the product development team to create a strong end product
• Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software
• Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
• Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects
• Learn about new technologies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, Business team

Requirements

• Good at English both oral and written is a must
• Experienced in product development area
• Team player
• Data analytic and business analysis skill is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Project management and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
