CS and Logistics Operation Manager
Good Doctor Technology, Thailand

This role will be responsible to lead the backend operation function which include logistics and customer service function. You will own the core function that hold infrastructure for Good Doctor Technology Thailand that will deliver the best experience for our patients as well as our merchant’s partner. Ideal candidate should be experienced operation manager who have an eye for detailed and know how to improve your daily operation by addressing the most critical process. The candidate should expect to manage multiple headcounts under him or her, so experience as the people manager should be required.

• Manage the Outbound and Inbound Customer Service, to deliver better customer experience
• Manage to bring the customer service team to next level, by implement the CRM software to better track the case resolution, gain better case insight.
• Perform headcount planning for the customer service team and make the decision whether which activities Good Doctor Technology can outsource to the BPO.
• Lead the Logistics team, to ensure that our customers got the products within SLA, with the right quantity at the right cost for the company. You will be responsible for Order Fulfillment for our Thailand business.
  
• Responsible to optimize the Delivery cost/order for both 1 hour delivery service and Regular delivery service.
  
• Manage the overall supply use for the merchants such as the drug packaging to make sure we have proper inventory level.
  

Requirements

• 4-5 working years of experiences in the domain of Customer Service or having experience managing the Telesale will be prefer but not restricted to
• Some knowledge regard on how to set CRM and Telephony software (Optional)
• Strong analytical with problem solving skill
• Ability to communicate in English (Business level)
• Passionate about startup and not hesitate to get your hand dirty and get things done
• Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to communicate
• Able to construct the framework to solve the complex problem.
• Able to work well under pressure with tight timeline and dynamic environment
• Some background related to project management are preferable but not required
