• Plan and ensure timely procurement of all goods, equipment, and services as needed for the company’s operation.
• Work in compliant with company’s policies and procedures and enforce the same to all stakeholders both of internal and external.

• Review requisitions/ purchase orders and related documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance to department and company policies; review invoices and other documentation for compliance, accuracy and correct pricing; resolve disputed pricing.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Prepare and Perform Supplier Selection and Supplier Performance Evaluation process.
• Perform negotiation that generates the best price and a favorable business termsamp; condition.
• Monitor the aging of Purchase Requisition (PR) and optimize the PR turn to Purchase Order (PO) to meet the business needs.

• Troubleshoot and ensure problems relating to delivery, quality or pricing are promptly conveyed to the supplier and resolved in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with Supplier, in line with company values and Fair-Trade requirement.
• Contribute innovative ideas to drive improvements in process efficiency, procurement strategies, policies and procedures and cost reduction
• As assigned, manage supplier database including but not limited to develop, maintain, and update supplier information, price trend, demand and supply forecast and generate analysis and reports.
• Effectively prioritize workload to achieve optimum efficiencies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a buyer from the fresh fruits or food sector or within a similar product.
• Fundamental understanding of procurement functions.
• Good understanding of the manufacturing environment, its demand, priorities, and criticalities.

• Wealth of knowledge in fruits and farming industry, well established networking and an understanding of the seasonality fruits, fresh products production experience are a plus.
• Passionate and high-energy individual who wants to develop in a fast-growing and innovative company
• Great attention to details and accuracy are required to ensure sourcing and procurement process is in a smooth execution.
• Deadline oriented with ability to organize assignments, set priorities, and carry out plans. Ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Business Administration or any field related to Purchasing

• Computer proficiency is a must, including office management applications (email, spreadsheets, documents).
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Thai, be able to communicate well in English
• Flexible and creative problem solving. Able to work flexible hours, including remote support on weekend
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Thailand to be considered

• Valid driving license and own car
