Reporting to Strategy and Operations Director

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete the minutes for Board of Directors' Meeting, Executive Committee Meetings, Nomination and Remuneration Committee as well as minute for shareholders' meeting within the time frame as required by the laws
  • Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative support and secretarial functions.
  • Handle all corporate documents for OIC (.) and other government departments when
    required.
  • Ensure the compliance of the Company and the Board of Directors with the relevant laws, corporate governance practices rules amp; regulations.
  • Coordinating with both internal and external parties such as OIC, SEC. to ensure good governance practices and in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Check correctness of spreadsheets, memoranda and presentations before distributing and filing.
  • Preparing and updating relevant documents such as Company Certificates, Memorandum Articles of Association, Minutes of various meetings, registration of directors and others report.
  • Administrative tasks related to the corporate secretary matters

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a corporate affairs secretary or working in a corporate secretary team.
  • Excellent Good knowledge of OIC, SEC rules. And solid knowledge of laws and regulations in IPO
  • Experience in dealing with OIC, SEC would be an advantage.
  • Command in English is a must with strong translation skills.
  • Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Can work under time constraints.
  • Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters
