Your challenge
We are seeking a project manager who is passionate about processes, automation and customer support (or CRM) tools. This person will take the lead in supporting the customer service team by designing and implementing processes and tools that will improve efficiency and empower the team to provide a better service experience.
Project Management:
- Work with various stakeholders in and outside of the organization to create and implement service workflow that optimizes efficiency, transparency, and customer experience
- Project manage and ensure the delivery of deliverables assigned within the OKRs
Automation and Tools:
- Coordinate with the tech team and vendors to ensure alignment in feature rollouts to the customer service team
- Lead the ideation and creation of product feature requests that would improve service operations
- Set up, improve and automate tools such as: LINE, Zendesk, etc. to improve work effectiveness of the team
Monitoring and Optimization:
- Manage the reporting and analysis of key service matrices
- Transform findings from the voices of customers into actionable improvements for the customer service team and service processes
- Monitoring the service teams to ensure process adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably within these fields: Business Administration, Economics, computer science, engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, specialization in operations, customer experience, or customer service strongly preferred
- Has experience automating manual processes within a CS set-up
- Data analytical and presentation skills, high proficiency in MS Office required, proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python a significant plus
- Has experience in implementing customer service tools, such as CRMs and telephony systems
- Experience in digital customer experience technologies in a high growth, fast paced environment
- Curious enough to deep-dive into technical solutions, automate using smart and lean ways
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Ability to provide curated solutions to stakeholders and forge long term relationships
- Ability to deal with people from all levels professionally, effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, flexible and result oriented
- Has an open mind towards new ways of doing things
