Responsibilities

• Develop and refine processes for payment channel operations for maximum efficiency.
• Manage BD operations team so that they sufficiently cover all payment channels and xShop operations.
• Coordinate with teams internally to ensure that all payment-related issues are resolved in a timely manner (e.g. technical, fraud, chargebacks, refunds).
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new digital content (e.g. games) to payment channels on Codashop and partner distribution platforms (xShop).
• Forge strong relationships with partner distribution platforms (xShop) and support to run promotional campaigns.
• Assist business development teams in conducting KYC, credit assessment amp; risk assessment of new payment channels and xShop partners.
• Chase for late payment from payment channels and partner distribution platforms (xShop).

Requirements

• Highly organized and able to keep track and retrieve tasks that assigned to you
• High fluency in both written and verbal English and Thai
• Prior experience in business development operational tasks and/or account management
• Strong account management amp; relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the payments and mobile gaming industry is a strong plus
