• Develop, maintain, and standardize operation-related reporting such as KPI report, Workers productivity, etc.
• Set up and lead KPI communication with detail to relevant stakeholders from management level
• Support team in data analysis, survey development, and dashboard creation to solve key operational issue
• Produce insightful and concise data products that go beyond fact sharing and show the story behind the data
• Ensure data integrity of the data warehouse and reporting environments
• Able to identify and provide business requirements to enhance data collection and integrity of the data warehouse

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Science, or related quantitative field
• 1-2 years of experience
• Experience with using Microsoft office tools and preferable SQL, Power BI
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Strong problem solving and mathematical skills.
