Job Description

Job Highlights

  • Lead and grow the local Operations team (currently 30+) to serve existing and new businesses
  • Ensure smooth operation for business continuity, both in the scenario of business-as-usual, and exceptional growth phase
  • Work closely with international management team
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis
  • Recommend and implement process improvement
  • Liaise with product team and developers across Indonesia and India to implement platform improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the performance of Thailand Operations team whose key focus includes Service Level Agreements (SLA), sales conversion rate, agent retention and agent satisfaction
  • Deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement of operation processes and customer experience
  • Design and implement operation processes to cater for growth of new businesses
  • Drive related platform improvements through well thought-through business requirements and liaise with internal Product and Technology teams
  • Prepare monthly performance report with data-driven insights and solutions for international management team
  • Resolution of day-to-day operational issues including coordination with external parties and timely communication of platform-related problems
  • Build and maintain relationship with operational touchpoints of insurers
  • Nurture and develop capabilities of managers under own’s line of command

Requirements

  • Thai Nationality only, Male/Female, Age 30-40 years old
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations management.
    Preferably Start-up, Consulting, InsurTech, Insurance/broker business.
  • Experience in process transformation an advantage
  • High proficiency level of communication in both Thai and English required
  • Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to fit into both local and international working environments
  • High drive for achievement backed by track record of personal success
