The Role
We are looking for a native Thai QA Engineer Intern to join our product and tech team for a period of at least 6 months part-time 15-20h/week or full time.

Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Monitor debugging process results
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to implement best practices at Zaapi
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in QA Engineering, Computer Science or a related subject
- Native Thai
- Professional English
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Strong drive and desire to contribute to the product of a fast-growing tech startup

- Thailand, Bangkok (hybrid remote/in-office)
