Executive Secretary
Data Wow Co., Ltd., Thailand

• Plan and coordinate an appointment and manage CEO calendar
• Act as liaison for CEO both internal and external matters
• Provide executive support for a CEO and senior management
• Prepare and handle documentation for CEO signature
• Prepare and create weekly/monthly reports that requested
• Handling personal matters for CEO, senior management, and family
• Arrange transportation (e.g. car and plane tickets)
• Help with other stuff that one busy guy cannot do it

Requirements

• Young and Energetic, New Gradudated is welcomed
• Some experienced as secretary would help
• Bachelor Degree and above
• Advanced English skills ( TOIEC 700+)
• Extra point if you can speak Japanese as well
• Super good communication skills both oral and written
• Can organize chaos and love to keep things clean
• Professional presence both face to face and phone manner
• Very good computer skills (MS Office and Email Wizard)
• Extra point if you are a Mac user.
• High attention to details, smart, and open-minded
• Can work under a lot of pressure and time constraints and love to solve complex problems
• Driving license and can drive confidently to get work done
• Able to travel to Japan office (and other countries regularly, sometimes, for a week or two)
