As a Customer care Intern, you will help our customers are well taken care of throughout their Zenyum journey through resolving issues, answering inquiries, and providing information to cater to our customer needs.
You will learn to organized, caring, but also works hard and loves to learn many aspects of running a startup through. Zenyum is a fast and challenging environment and you will be expected to go above and beyond to make sure the Thailand office runs even faster.You'd love to do :
  • Support Customer Care team
  • Work with our clinical partners to make appointments by the after-sales process.
  • Pack products / parcel and recheck products (QC)Confirm appointment and check payment.
  • Set up Zenyum application and monitor the app's system.
  • Go to fitting (Provide information about a treatment plan, how to wear aligners correctly and how to use the Zenyum application in detail for the customer at our clinical partners).
  • Address customers questions or concerns through customer care channels e.g. Line Official and Yellow messenger.
  • Follow up customers.
  • Monitor and update the after-sales process systems (Salesforce, Trello).

You're fit for this role ,if you :
  • Studying for a university degree and/or 0-1 years experience of work.
  • Are ambitious, hungry to learn, and ready to work hard.
  • Are passionate about customer service and service mind.
  • Be a natural-born communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis.
  • Ability to multi-task and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Have attention to detail and processes.
  • Think creatively about engaging customers in delightful and new ways.
  • Are able to plan, execute and organize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Thai.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
