Job Description
Accountability and Objectives
Develop and implement improvements to existing automation in mechanical assembly, machining and inspection process Develop and implement maintenance programs for equipment Responsible to supervise processing machine and equipment standard system is align within manufacturing operations Plans and develops, assigns, and adjusts work methods and procedures to optimize automation system applications Ensure to support growth process technician operating; machines; equipment and other request, collaborating with concern team Ensure calibration plan for processing machine and equipment under standard. Supervise to minimum processing machine and equipment down time
Key responsibilities
Ensure with effectiveness maintenance and technical works is complied with GMP/HACCP/FSSC 22000 / ISO9001 /ISO 14001 and other standard. Designing and testing automation equipment and processes Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems Supervise the team for the good professional operations and maintenance practice Control and maintain the maintenance resulted of overall operations within timeline Report and analysis to maintenance manager for the weekly/monthly department issued Comply with ad-hoc tasks as per assignment Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and others concerning equipment operations or maintenance. Provide training and guidance to all employee levels in the operation and maintenance of new equipment. Energy monitoring and management.
Requirements
Diploma’s /Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields Minimum 5 years experiences in automation system or manufacturing plant. Good computer literature in Microsoft office and engineering related software (PLC, Automation system, Instrument) Experience in working in FMCG or Food industrial Strong leadership abilities Fair in English communication.
