Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in UX design and mobile applications to join our Thailand team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Youtap's solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, excellent customer-centric problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance technical and business considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and define product requirements that align with Youtap's solutions and market strategy.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in the Thai market.
3. Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and market demand.
4. Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our mobile applications, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
5. Coordinate with software development, QA, and implementation teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and project timelines.
6. Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decision-making.
7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
8. Act as a subject matter expert, providing support to clients, internal teams, and partners throughout the product lifecycle.
9. Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management function.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, focusing on mobile applications and UX design.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching mobile applications in the financial services, banking, or retail sectors.
4. Strong understanding of the Thai market and its unique requirements.
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
6. Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
8. Proven track record with UX design using Figma.
9. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira.
10. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
