Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Platform Implementation Project Manager to join our Thailand team. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Youtap's software solutions within our clients' systems, ensuring successful integration and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent project management skills, cloud and technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end implementation of Youtap's software solutions, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and set expectations.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing risks.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, including software developers, QA, and support teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our solutions.
5. Regularly communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing their concerns and promptly resolving any issues.
7. Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Continuously monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
9. Cultivate strong client relationships, positioning Youtap as a trusted partner.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our clients.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Project management qualification (PMP certification) is a must
3. At least 5 years of experience in software implementation project management, preferably in the financial services, banking platforms, or retail sectors.
4. Understanding of cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
5. Experience in the banking or banking and financial services software sectors.
6. Proven track record of successfully managing complex software implementation projects.
7. Strong understanding of the Thai market and its unique requirements.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
9. Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
10. Strong technical background with experience in software development, systems integration, and quality assurance.
11. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Microsoft Project, Monday.co.
12. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
