About the team
Professional Services Team, SEA
We provide our solutions on a global scale. Southeast Asia (SEA) is central to the group’s growth plans and presents GBG with a significant opportunity to address both existing and new clients' business objectives with a full solution showcase.
The team is responsible for providing professional services to address business objectives in the areas of risk prevention and fraud detection. To offer state-of-the-art software solutions and provide comprehensive client delivery and consulting support using our expertise and flexible, client-focused approach.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of IT projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients’ stakeholders delivering the project within scope, on-time and within budget.
What you will do
- Coordinate internal resources and clients for the effective execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, confluence page, Jira, and process maps to document needs.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project invoicing using appropriate verification techniques.
- Communicate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize and/or mitigate project risks.
- Overseas travel may be required as necessary (lt;25%).
- Bachelor of Software Engineering or Business Administration degree with relevant industry experience.
- Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
