BEL Perfumes is a key player in the distribution of cosmetics in Thailand. With brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Hugo Boss, Jaguar, Valentino and Mercedes, it covers 12,000+ stores from Department Stores to Modern Trade and is a pioneer in the creation of Thai celebrity fragrances.
· Strategic Planning: formulate the yearly sales plan (strategic focuses, channel and product planning, growth strategies per client, business-development tactics) and the annual marketing plan (market review, objectives, innovation pipeline and A&P plan) to drive revenue growth
· Team Management: direct a sales team of 6 managers and their respective staff (40+ employees) in 6 Business Units: Dept. Stores, Perfumeries, Modern Trade, General Trade, Corporate Sales and Export Sales Lead a marketing team of 5 managers across brand management, trade marketing, digital, media and PR
· Key Account Management: negotiate mutually beneficial annual business terms (GP, Payment Terms, Back Margins, Listing Fees etc.). Introduce new products, in-store activities, merchandising and promotional campaigns. Cultivate excellent relationships with national chain stores
· Budgeting and P&L: prepare yearly sales forecast and approve P&L’s to ensure profitability growth
· NPD: lead the development, feasibility and introduction of innovations. Develop consumer researches designed to improve consumer insights, fine tune product mix and maximize sell-out performances
· A&P: drive the development and implementation of Above and Below The Line strategies
