I'm an award-winning, creative marketing professional and with vast knowledge and experience of branding design as well as traditional, digital and mobile communications strategies and tactics. And 20 years + in eCommerce/eBusiness solutions and eCRM, social media and eBusiness Transformation.
I have run both ad agencies and small, medium and large teams as well as digital companies and even start-ups.
I have huge knowledge of fmcg, retail, fintech and luxury marketing, as well as telcos and travel and have been lucky enough to have worked on almost everything from fast food to fast cars, managing the strategy, creative and production processes for a plethora of unique marketing initiatives from London to Shanghai.
Specifically, on the digital front I lead the strategy, scope, design, build and communication initiatives to launch and sustain some of Asia’s largest and most complex digital entities including hsbc.com, cathaypacific.com and mandarinoriental.com to mention just a few.
And in the past 15+years I’ve become exceptionally well versed in the art of social media, which is increasingly a part of my daily client ritual as more seek to address this actually quite time-consuming art and which I now teach part-time to mature students looking for a career change.
I continue to consult on marketing strategy and creative solutions issues and integrated marketing and digital communications and offer training workshops in branding and digital branding and marketing, as well as prepare companies for their digital futures which seem to be more akin now to business change-management than marketing as such.
