Strategy and Planning
- Formulate annual PDPA Suite sales strategy, roadmap, and KPIs
- Manage sales pipeline to achieve company growth and sales target
- Actively identify potential target customers (B2Bamp;B2C) and channel or network of access
- Formulate appropriate performance measures goals (ROI and KPIs) and takes corrective actions as needed
Pre-sales and Administration
- Coordinate business meetings, provide client consultations, and lead pitching on relevant solutions focused on delivering business impact
Sales Operations and Network
- Continuously finding ways to improve sales processes and internal operations
- Co-build and support Sales team collaboratively
- Be an advocate, acting in the client's best interests
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industrial network
Post-sales and Administration
- Ensure that all client issues, inquiries and concerns are addressed throughout the project
- Perform Customer Service tasks: Standby, response, and resolve cases from clients from every support platforms of Data Wow
- Perform Account Management tasks: onboarding customers for PDPA Suite products, cold calling, churn investigating, upselling amp; cross selling products
Feedback Monitoring
- Liaison with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Development to ensure continuous improvement
Responsible tasks by proportion: Customer Service 30%, Account Management 30%, Sales 15%, Administration 5%
Requirements
- 1+ Year of experience in Technical Sales (AI or SaaS Industry a huge plus) with a strong track record of sales performance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Highly driven and motivated to understand client needs, provide appropriate solution recommendations, close sales, and support clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills, oral and written in English and Thai
- Ability to work independently and with teams to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for team leading and people building
- Comfortable giving presentations and working with C-levels and senior management
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Office
