Job Description

Job Title: Business Development/Partnership Manager

Headcount: 2

Location: 1 in Bangkok, Thailand and 1 in Vietnam

Salary: 3000 USD +++ monthly + competitive commission

About the company: Our client is a groundbreaking tech company that connects suppliers and distributors in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector through an innovative platform. Dedicated to revolutionizing the FMCG industry, it now has access to a network of 20K motor shops, selling them Shell.

Job Description: Our client is on the lookout for an exceptional Brand amp; Partnership Manager to prospect, partner and close corporation brands in the oil lubricant industry in Thailand amp; Vietnam area and start selling to its existing motorshop networks.

Requirements:

  • Leadership: The ability to lead and develop a team from scratch from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Nice to have: experience in e-commerce/oil/gas/retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic partnerships amp; drive the strategy for new partnership development and its family of brands.
  • Achieve revenue targets from existing and new Partnership channels;
  • Negotiate, execute and monitor Partnership contract implementation and ensure that all commitments are fully delivered.
  • Create and update general and specific presentation materials about the company’s offering to partners;
  • Organize partnership signing ceremonies and related PR activities together with marketing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operational teams to organize partner events;
  • Expand networks with new partners (according to each line of business, organizations and associations)
  • Build up and follow up partnership distribution channels, including integration, B2B, B2C, B2B2C.
  • Proactively initiate and coordinate with partners in identifying, implementing, evaluating, identifying and meeting business opportunities.
  • Deal with all partners to ensure the best financial scheme and increase the brand coverage.
